Cajun Pasta
I had been to this restaurant once before && i liked it just never made my way back but when i saw them registered for ChuckEats week && they had charboiled oysters i knew i had to make my way back !! the oysters were amazing && did not disappoint !! 10 out of 10!!! tbh the pasta was okay just a bit bland as far as seasoning goes but what really stole the show !!!! the APPLE PIE EGGROLLS they were something i never knew i needed lol i was texting people while i was at the table telling them how good they were &&how theyre a MUST TRY 100/10. anywho i wish there was a space for pictures here but trust me The Max is a must try!!!
Crawfish Grilled Cheese
The crawfish grilled cheese was absolutely amazing. The cheesy crawfish mixture between two buttery pieces of bread can not be beat.
Louisiana Eggroll
Those Louisiana egg rolls were delicious and the dip was a perfect match with the egg rolls.
French Fries

The Cajun pasta with chicken is absolutely delicious! Such a great atmosphere and friendly staff!
Chicken Wings - 6
Great atmosphere, great staff. And, the food is awesomely delicious.
Redfish on the Half Shell

Louisiana Eggroll
If you find yourself at The Max, do yourself a favor and order the Louisiana Eggrolls. They're perfectly crispy and stuffed with tasty boudin, making each bite so deliciously satisfying. Paired with the remoulade, it's the combo you never knew you needed. Trust me, you won't regret it!
Crawfish Grilled Cheese
Wow!!! What a hidden gem right here in Westlake!!!!! The apps were great, crawfish grilled cheese incredible and the martinis unbelievable! Great atmosphere, the live music was great...my new favorite place for sure!!!
Louisiana Eggroll
The Louisiana eggroll is amazing delicious, then dip it into the sauce and your taste buds will be dancing
